Weekend Mini-Organizing Challenge: Printed T-Shirts

Need some organizing motivation and inspiration, or a gentle nudge? Subscribe to my blog to receive mini-organizing challenges several weekends a month. They will be automatically emailed to you so you won’t have to remember to visit the blog.

Mini-organizing challenges are doable and will focus on de-cluttering a tiny area of your home.  If the weekend challenge “speaks” to you, then set your timer for 30 minutes and start organizing/de-cluttering. Stop when the timer goes off and enjoy the rest of your weekend knowing that you accomplished something!  Of course you may continue organizing if you have gained the momentum you were looking for.

 Mini-Challenge: Printed T-Shirts

Who doesn’t have a drawer, or two, crammed full of t-shirts from events, trips, clubs, races, etc?  All the memories……so hard to part with……but you don’t wear most of them.  What’s the solution?  This challenge!  Sort out the tees that are stained and ripped.  Toss or use these tees for rags (if you truly need more rags).  Keep the tees that are the most precious AND will fit back into your drawer.

If you want to preserve the tees, I included a resource for you.  Project repat will turn your tees into a t-shirt quilt.  This URL may give you a 5% discount on your order (if it’s still available).  http://projectrepat.refr.cc/M4T24PN    Copy and paste it in your address bar.
